THE FOREX CHEF

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 20 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of The Forex Chef, and your purchase or use of our courses, mentoring services, memberships and educational materials.

By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Provide

We provide educational content and services relating to forex trading and financial markets, including:

  • Online courses and educational materials
  • Trading education and tutorials
  • One-to-one or group mentoring
  • Memberships and community access
  • Webinars, live sessions and other educational content

Our services are provided for educational and informational purposes.

2. Financial Risk Disclaimer

Forex trading involves a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you use for trading.

Nothing on our website or within our courses, mentoring or memberships should be treated as personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

We do not provide a guarantee that you will make profits or achieve any particular trading results.

You are responsible for your own trading and financial decisions.

Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

3. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee that our courses, mentoring or memberships will make you profitable or that you will achieve a particular income or return.

Any examples, testimonials, screenshots, trading results or statements about potential results are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise of future performance.

Individual results will vary depending on factors including experience, knowledge, capital, risk management and market conditions.

4. Mentoring

Our mentoring is educational in nature.

A mentor may discuss trading concepts, strategies, market analysis and risk-management principles. This does not constitute a recommendation that you should buy, sell or hold a particular financial instrument.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to apply anything discussed during mentoring.

5. Courses and Educational Materials

Course materials are provided for your personal education.

You must not copy, reproduce, record, resell, distribute, publish or share our course materials without our written permission.

We may update or modify educational materials from time to time to improve the service or reflect changes in the market.

6. Memberships

If you purchase a membership, you will receive access to the features and content described on the relevant membership page.

Memberships may be:

  • Monthly
  • Annual
  • Or another period stated at checkout.

If your membership automatically renews, the renewal frequency and price will be shown before you purchase.

You may cancel future renewals in accordance with our cancellation policy.

7. Payments

You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Prices may change for future purchases or renewals, but we will provide any information required by applicable law before a change takes effect.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Where UK consumer law gives you a right to cancel, we will respect those rights.

For many online service and digital-content contracts, consumers have a 14-day cancellation period. However, specific rules apply where digital content is supplied immediately or services begin during that period.

If you ask us to start providing a service during the cancellation period, or ask for immediate access to digital content, you may be required to provide the appropriate consent and acknowledgement where permitted by law.

Our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our courses, mentoring and memberships.

Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

9. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You must not share your account or membership access with another person unless we have expressly allowed you to do so.

We may suspend or terminate an account where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, unauthorised sharing or a serious breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including videos, courses, written materials, graphics, trading templates, documents, branding and other materials, belongs to The Forex Chef or our licensors.

You receive a personal, limited and non-transferable right to access the content you have purchased.

You may not commercially exploit, copy, reproduce, distribute or resell our content without our written permission.

11. Community Rules

If your membership includes access to a private community, chat, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp group or similar service, you agree to behave respectfully.

You must not:

  • Harass or threaten other members
  • Share illegal or harmful content
  • Spam members
  • Promote competing services without permission
  • Share another person's private information
  • Attempt to manipulate or defraud other members

We may remove users who seriously or repeatedly breach these rules.

12. Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party platforms for payments, video hosting, community services, email, scheduling or other parts of our service.

We are not responsible for interruptions or problems caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.

13. Website Information

We try to keep our website and educational materials accurate and up to date.

However, financial markets change quickly. Information may become outdated, incomplete or inaccurate.

You should independently verify information before relying on it for any financial decision.

14. Testimonials and Trading Results

Testimonials and examples shown on our website represent the experiences of the individuals concerned.

They should not be understood as typical or guaranteed results.

Where we display trading results or performance information, this does not mean that you should expect to achieve the same results.

15. Financial Promotions

Nothing in these Terms authorises you to rely on our website as a recommendation to enter into a particular investment or trading transaction.

We will seek to ensure that our marketing and promotional communications comply with applicable UK laws and regulations.

Where applicable, financial promotions must comply with the restrictions under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. FCA guidance states that unauthorised persons must not communicate certain invitations or inducements to engage in investment activity unless an applicable exemption or approval applies.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for losses resulting from your trading decisions, investment decisions, loss of trading capital or reliance on educational information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UK consumer law.

Our services will be provided in accordance with your legal consumer rights. For example, UK consumer law provides protections relating to services and paid digital content.

17. Changes to Our Services

We may occasionally change, update or improve our courses, website, membership features or educational materials.

Where a change materially affects a service you have already paid for, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our website with the date it was last updated.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory legal rights you may have as a UK consumer.
